When the cleaner does come the standard is quite good (only reason for 2 stars instead of 1), however the cleaner rarely comes on the correct day, often coming 2 or 3 days later, sometimes not at all that week. No reason or communication is given why or when they will be in, even after multiple complaints and requests for better communication. The response to this review suggests this was a one-off experience, which it is not. More often than not the cleaner does not come on the correct day, and more than once the cleaner has not come that week without explanation, including this week.
